steamer, an excellent boat: and Mr Alexis Coquill
ard the acting contractor, will make wife arange -
meals for them in St Louis for ascending the Misouri

Have a dominant Interest with Messrs A. Coquillard
and Sam Edsall, Brother in Law of I. Sinclear Esqr,
the Superintendent in the Removing Contract, +
have Inclined money liabilities to the amount of $25,000
for its Execution, but I[illegible] not to under any Personal
Services, being otherwise Exclusively Engaged in
Business - yet I went to Peru about the 1st inst.
and assisted Major Jouett + Mr Coquilard in assem-
