I, Joseph Wiley, Clerk of the Huntington Circuit Court, do hereby certify that James M. Bratton whose name appears to the within certificate of acknowledgement, was at the time of executing the same a Justice of the Peace duly commissioned and qualified, and that full faith and credit are due his official acts as such; and that I am acquainted with his signature and believe the within to be genuine.
