he will not expect or ask for any advances, untill the Indians are delivered in the West.-

With an Indorsement, the Bank here, will furnish
Mr. Coquillard the neccessary means; and we take pleasure
in recomending  him as a very suitable person to transact
this business, we believe he can induce a greater number
of them to emigrate, than any other man in the Country;
and their <u>permanent home</u> being now provided, no doubt
the Government is anxious to have them removed to it.--

Mr. Coquillard desires us to express our <u>opinion</u> of his <u>capacity</u> and <u>means</u> of executing such a contract to the Hon: Indian Department, which we now beg leave 
to submit in the foregoing remarks --
