Inclosed is Mr. Thos. Dowling's bond for the faithful performance of his part of the contract [illeg] for removing & subsisting the Miami Indians.
Being here an official business he enclosed it to me by yesterday's mail with a request that I should add my certificate and immediately transmit it to you.
