I have the honor to be , your obt servant Wallace B. White.

J. Sinclear Esq. Sub agent of the Miamis

State of Missouri County of Jackson ss.

I, L. C. Bean a justice of the peace within and for the county aforesaid do hereby certify that on the 11th day of November 1846 before me personally appeared Wallace B. White of lawful age being by me duly sworn deposeth and saith that the contents of the foregoing communication are true to the best of his knowledge and belief. Given under my hand this
