Fort Wayne, May 27, 1844 Allen Hamilton Agent of Miami Indians : Dear Sir: Haril became a contractor for collect---. ------, and removal of the Miami Tribe of Indians, now under your agency, I take occasion to inform you that I am prelaned(?) to finish all the facilities ne- cesary for those -----, at which time, and under each conditions as may be deemed best calculated to abravce the re--s of the general government, and, at the same time, carry out its just and humane intention towards that tribe.
