The four Chiefs Koassee, Mezequah Revarre & White Loon have returnedwith others, and now that Lafontaine is dead we hope they will persuade Meshingomesha & Brothers & all authorised to stay by treaty, to sell all their remaining land to the Gov't & join their brethren in the West. The state will then be rid of them and of their whole annuity being paid West, will draw & keep them all there. This would be very satisfying to the people of Ind^a.
