Refers letter of John Steward Jr & co. also of Taber & Hamilton Miami creditors &c. [Illeg] speak of the "impracticability of getting all the creditors to sign the paper--but wishes, as T. & H. have signed, to have the amt. coming to them, remitted to J.S. jr & co. and enclosing letter of Commr Oct 29 '46 and a letter from Thomas Hamilton of 9 Nov. 1846.
